Teena Pisarev

Chief Executive Officer [CEO]

With more than 20 years management and business development experience in the private health sector, Teena has a broad understanding of the emerging trends and challenges facing the health industry. Over her career Teena has recruited and established practices for new doctors, led major brownfield healthcare redevelopments, and implemented new services to significantly increase visiting specialists and patient numbers.She has a strong ability to engage a team and deliver growth. Before becoming CEO of Icon SOC, Teena was CEO of Icon Cancer Care [an Australian based business of Icon Group]. During her role as CEO of Icon Cancer Care, she oversaw divisional expansion via engagement with VMOs, staff and partner organisations.

Through the simplification of processes, strengthening of clinical governance and empowerment of local leaders, Teena delivered strong growth and maintains an engaged and enthusiastic team. Teena’s extensive experience is integral in her role as CEO of Icon SOC. Her leadership style is simple – happy, engaged clinicians and team results in exceptional patient care.

Lim Heng Seng

Chief Operating Officer [COO]

After graduating from Pharmacy school, Heng Seng received his clinical training at Tan Tock Seng Hospital before qualifying as a registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council. From there, Heng Seng started his career as a community pharmacist before moving on to healthcare administration.

Prior to joining Icon SOC, Heng Seng has held senior operations management appointments at several other private healthcare group practices throughout Singapore. His core areas of expertise include pharmaceutical inventory management, negotiations and operations management.

Safety, Service and Patient Satisfaction are the key values that Heng Seng strives to inculcate into all his team members at Icon SOC. Heng Seng also believes in spending quality time with clinicians, support staff as well as patients on site at our cancer care centres so that we can constantly be improving the patient experience. “With the right values and right people in place, organisational growth will follow.”

Renuka Annathan

HR Manager

Being a strong believer of “The Sky is the Limit”, Renuka Annathan has worked herself up the corporate ladder over the last 15 years’ of being in the Human Resource Field.

Renuka joined Icon SOC in September 2016. Having worked with large corporations like Singapore Airlines Limited, Singapore Shell Co-operative and MegaAdventure Singapore, Renuka brings with her a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field.

With an eye on the expansion of Icon Singapore, she is always on the lookout to bring in only the best of candidates for any job openings in the company. Her 3-prong approach of ‘Recruit’, ‘Retain’ and ‘Growth’ will set the tone for the expansion of Icon Singapore.

Joyce Tan

Chief Commercial Officer

Joyce has spent the last 10 years in health care management in two of the most established private healthcare organisations in Singapore; with the last 6 years in a senior position. Her forte is in operations (staff and doctor relations, facility management, policy compliance, licensing, risk assessment), business development (competitor analysis, developing and achieving new business goals) and financial management (cost and margin management); with a view to deliver consistent and effective healthcare services, focused on a high standard of clinical quality and patient safety.

Her experience also extends to leading a multitude of projects over the years in service quality, new clinical services and product development as well as the set-up and audit of overseas clinics in Indonesia. Before joining the healthcare sector, Joyce also spent time in the hospitality industry (in a 5-star hotel in Singapore), in an advertising and events management company, as well as, business development in an engineering firm.

Joyce enjoys challenges and takes every opportunity to learn with enthusiasm. Her strength is in her ability to motivate her team and her determination to drive positive outcomes whenever possible.
